Dois engenheiros de Minas Gerais foram encontrados mortos nesta quarta-feira (26) no Peru. Mário Bittencourt e Mário Guedes desapareceram no último sábado (23), durante uma expedição no Centro-Norte do país para analisar a área onde será construída uma usina hidrelétrica.
Os corpos foram encontrados numa estrada de terra no distrito de Pión, próximo à Cordilheira dos Andes.
Em Cataguases, a família de Mário Bittencourt ainda não sabe o que causou a morte dele e do colega de trabalho. A principal hipótese até agora é que os dois tenham morrido de hipotermia.
“Parece que está afastada a possibilidade de assassinato, de violência porque os corpos foram encontrados com os pertences”, diz José Manoel Bittencourt, advogado e primo do engenheiro.
